Strawberry Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers (like Nilla Wafers)
  • 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (or equal amount sweetened whipped cream)
  • 1 container fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Line the bottom of a 13×9-inch dish with one box of Vanilla Wafers.
    • Layer sliced bananas evenly over the wafers.
  2. Make the Pudding:
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together cold milk and French Vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Set aside.
  3. Creamy Filling:
    • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
    • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Combine Mixtures:
    • Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and mix until fully blended.
  5. Layer and Top:
    • Pour the combined mixture over the bananas and wafers.
    • Sprinkle chopped strawberries generously over the top.
    • Finish by adding the second box of Vanilla Wafers as a top layer.
  6. Chill:
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
    • Scoop and serve chilled for a creamy, fruity, and crunchy treat.
