Smoky Maple Bacon Pancake Sliders with Honey Butter Drizzle

Ingredients:

• 12 mini pancakes (homemade or store-bought)

• 6 slices crispy maple bacon, cut in half

• 6 small breakfast sausage patties

• 6 slices sharp cheddar or American cheese (optional)

• 2 tablespoons butter

• 1 tablespoon honey

• 1 teaspoon maple syrup (for extra flair)

• Toothpicks or small skewers (for assembly)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Sausage Patties:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

2. Make the Honey Butter Drizzle:

In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the honey and maple syrup until smooth. Keep warm.

3. Assemble the Sliders:

• Lay out half of the pancakes.

• Top each with a sausage patty, a half-slice of bacon, and a slice of cheese if using.

• Top with the remaining pancakes. Secure with a toothpick or skewer.

4. Warm the Sliders (Optional):

Place assembled sliders in a warm skillet or a 250°F (120°C) oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese slightly and warm everything through.

5. Drizzle & Serve:

Right before serving, drizzle the warm honey butter over the sliders. Serve extra on the side for dipping.
