Ocean Love Colada – A beachside escape in a glass

This dreamy, swirling tropical cocktail is a love letter to summer. Creamy, fruity, and dazzling enough to make Poseidon blush.

Ingredients (Boozy Version):

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp blueberry puree (for the wave effect)
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Fresh blueberries and sugar, for garnish
  • Sugar, for rimming the glass

Instructions:

  1. Rim the edge of your glass with sugar for a sparkling finish.
  2. In a blender, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Swirl blueberry puree along the inside of the glass to mimic ocean waves.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the glass, letting the colors swirl.
  5. Gently drizzle blue curaçao on top for a deeper ocean hue.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with sugared blueberries.

Tropical Ocean Swirl Mocktail

Enjoy all the summer vibes without the alcohol.

Ingredients (Mocktail Version):

  • 2 oz coconut water or pineapple soda (in place of coconut rum)
  • 1 oz blue raspberry syrup (instead of blue curaçao)
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp blueberry puree
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Fresh blueberries and sugar, for garnish
  • Sugar, for rimming the glass

Instructions:

  1. Rim the glass with sugar.
  2. Blend coconut water or pineapple soda, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice until smooth.
  3. Swirl blueberry puree along the inside of your glass.
  4. Pour the creamy blend into the glass.
  5. Drizzle blue raspberry syrup on top.
  6. Add whipped cream and top with sugared blueberries.
