Ginger Garlic Bok Choy

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bok choy, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Directions:
