Ingredients – Base:
• 200g chocolate biscuits (like Oreos or chocolate Digestives)
• 100g melted butter
• 2 tbsp Nutella
• 4–6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (optional, crushed into the base)
Instructions – Base:
1. Crush the biscuits until fine.
2. Mix in the melted butter and Nutella until well combined.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake tin to form the base.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.

Ingredients – Cheesecake Filling:
• 500g cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 200ml whipping cream
• 4 tbsp Nutella
• 6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
Instructions – Filling:
1. Beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
2. Add the whipping cream and beat until creamy and fluffy.
3. Mix in the Nutella until fully incorporated.
4. Gently fold in the crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
5. Pour the mixture over the chilled base and smooth the top.
6. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set completely.
