Ingredients:
• 1 package (16 oz) pizza dough
• 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
• 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 10×15 inches).
3. Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the dough.
4. Evenly distribute the sausage, pepperoni, cheeses, olives, and green onions across the dough, leaving about 1 inch of border on all sides.
5. Carefully roll up the dough lengthwise, like a jelly roll, and pinch the seam to seal. Tuck the ends under.
6. Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet. Make a few small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
