This quick and flavor-packed Bang Bang Salmon is ready in just 15 minutes, making it the ultimate weeknight dinner. Juicy salmon fillets are pan-seared to perfection and drizzled with a creamy, spicy-sweet Bang Bang sauce that’s absolutely irresistible.


Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon
    Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat the Pan
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Cook the Salmon
