The coziest, creamiest dinner you didn’t know you needed!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (think scalloped style)
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt + pepper to taste
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased 9×13” baking dish. Lightly season with salt + pepper.
- Place pork chops on top of the potato layer.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and onion soup mix until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the pork chops, making sure it gets into all the nooks and crannies.
- Cover with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes, until the potatoes are fork-tender and pork is cooked through.
- Optional: Broil uncovered for the last 5 minutes for a golden top.
- Serve hot, and get ready for the compliments!
Serving Tip: Add a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a side of steamed green beans for the ultimate comfort plate.
