5-Minute Pickled Cucumber MagicFresh, Crisp & Addictively Tangy!


Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced

1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup white vinegar

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick

Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.

In a medium mixing bowl, add the sliced cucumbers and red onions.

Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat everything evenly.

Let it sit for 5–10 minutes at room temperature. For deeper flavor, chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve cold.
